Agreeing to the Terms

By engaging with Sell My Motorhome Yorkshire, whether selling your motorhome directly to us or using our brokerage service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to sell your motorhome to us or use our brokerage services. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.

Direct Sale Process

We purchase motorhomes directly from owners. Upon agreeing to sell your motorhome to us, you are entering into a direct sale transaction with our dealership. We do not act as an agent or middleman in these cases.

Brokerage Services

If you choose to use our brokerage service, we will act as an intermediary to assist in selling your motorhome. This includes advertising your vehicle, handling inquiries, and negotiating offers on your behalf. A brokerage fee will be charged for this service.

• Brokerage Fee: A prior agreed fee will be charged to the BUYER upon the successful sale of your motorhome through our brokerage service.
• Brokerage Agreement: Before we start advertising your vehicle, you must sign a brokerage agreement that outlines the terms of our service, including our fee and the scope of our obligations.
• Advertising: We will market your motorhome on various platforms as agreed upon in the brokerage agreement. All advertising and promotional activities will commence only after the agreement has been signed.

Vehicle Information

Whether selling directly or through brokerage, you must provide accurate and complete information about your motorhome, including any defects, prior accidents, or insurance claims. It is your responsibility to disclose all pertinent information about the vehicle's condition.

Valuation and Payment

• Direct Sale: The valuation of your motorhome will be conducted by us, and the offered purchase price will be based on our assessment of the motorhome's condition, market value, and other relevant factors. Payment will be made according to the agreed terms upon completion of the sale.
• Brokerage Service: For brokerage sales, we will negotiate offers on your behalf based on the market value of your motorhome. Payment will be made to you once the sale is completed and the buyer has fulfilled their payment obligations.

Data Protection

We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal data. The information collected during the transaction will be used solely for the purpose of the sale or brokerage and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Liability

We are not liable for any discrepancies in the information provided by you regarding the motorhome. It is your duty to ensure all provided information is correct. For brokerage services, we are not liable for any failure to secure a buyer or any third-party actions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the purchase or brokerage process if we discover that the information provided is inaccurate or if the transaction is not in compliance with these terms.
